No appointment is required. We welcome walk-ins during business hours. Drive in when you are ready, or call ahead if you have a question about your vehicle or service.
We are located inside Petro-Pass Truck Stop at 2521 50 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2C 1G3. Our team is available seven days a week. Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
We operate inside the Petro-Pass Truck Stop on 50 Ave SE in Calgary. Look for the truck wash and lube centre signage on site. If you need help finding the bay entrance, call us and we will guide you in.
Yes. We are open Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Hours can vary on holidays — call ahead if you are unsure.
Service is available during posted business hours only. If you arrive near closing, call ahead so we can confirm whether your unit can be started before we close.
Wait time depends on bay traffic and the services selected. Many visits finish in about 45 minutes to 1 hour for combined wash and lube work. Call ahead if you want a feel for today’s volume.
Ask at the counter for accepted payment methods for today’s visit. Fleet accounts and charge options may be available — call ahead if your company needs billing details arranged before you arrive.
We accommodate all kinds of trucks and trailers from small commercial vehicles to large rigs up to 100 feet long. Our facility is designed to handle even the biggest loads safely and efficiently.
On average, a complete wash and lube service takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the vehicle size and selected services. Individual wash, washout and grease times are listed on each service page. Our goal is always to get you back on the road quickly without compromising quality.
No. We are full service only. There is no self-serve.
Wash options include Detail Wash, Splash & Dash, Acid Wash, Undercarriage detailing and Trailer Washout, plus related detailing services. Browse the Services page or ask at the counter which package fits today’s condition.
Yes. Units arriving with excessive mud, sand, ice or snow may require extra time and may incur additional charges based on the level of cleaning required. Tell the counter what you are dealing with when you check in.
Yes. Our interior detailing service keeps your cab clean and comfortable, while our decal removal service safely removes old graphics or stickers without damaging the paint.
Yes. Trailer washout is available as a dedicated service for units that need the box cleaned. Ask at the counter for timing and any prep requirements for today’s load type.
Yes. Undercarriage detailing is available to clean road film, salt and buildup under the unit. Pair it with a wash package when you want a more complete reset.
Acid wash is used when stronger cleaning is needed for stubborn film and industrial residue that a standard wash may not fully remove. Our team will confirm whether it is the right option after inspecting the unit.
We use only high-quality, industry-approved cleaning and lubrication products that are safe for your vehicle’s exterior, interior, and engine, ensuring long-lasting performance and shine.
Start with your engine manufacturer’s recommendation, then match it to the grades CTWL stocks. Our Lube Finder walks you through engine, setup and duty cycle to suggest a stocked oil and grade. Final product is confirmed in the bay.
Yes. We stock commercial diesel oils from Shell, Chevron Delo and Petro-Canada in grades such as 15W-40, 10W-30 and 5W-40 that meet API CK-4 and common OEM requirements for the engine families we service.
No. It is guidance based on stocked products and typical commercial duty. Pricing and the final oil selection are confirmed when you visit. All lube bay services are subject to applicable fees and taxes.
No appointment is required. Walk in during business hours or call ahead if you want to ask about your engine or bring a Lube Finder summary with you.
Trailer axle grease is commonly scheduled with chassis lube service, especially on tractor-trailer and Super B combinations. Our team can grease wheel ends when you are in for oil change or lube bay work.
Yes. Differential and transmission service can be arranged through the lube bay along with oil change and grease work. Ask at the counter what your unit needs for today’s visit.
A full oil change includes the filter service appropriate for the job. Confirm filter and oil selection with the lube team when you check in — especially if you have a preferred OEM specification.
Yes. Tell us your mileage and duty cycle when you arrive or use the Lube Finder first. High-mileage units may benefit from different grade or product priorities, which we confirm in the bay.
Yes. Buy 10 washes or oil changes and get one free, or buy 5 grease services and receive one free. Ask at the counter so we can track your visits — no app or signup required. You can also take 50% off your wash with any oil change as a separate bonus.
Loyalty is tracked at the counter when you visit. Tell our team you are earning toward a reward and we will count each qualifying wash, oil change or grease service until you hit the threshold.
The 50% off wash with any oil change is a separate promotion from the punch-card loyalty programs. Ask at the counter which offer applies to today’s visit so we can apply the right one.

Ask at the counter for the current loyalty terms when you start earning. Tracking is handled in person, so it is best to confirm remaining punches with our team on each visit.
Loyalty is tracked for the customer account or driver relationship we set up at the counter. Ask our team how punches are attributed if multiple drivers service the same unit.
Yes. We offer a dedicated valet service within city limits. If you are short on time or unable to send a driver, our team will pick up your truck and/or trailer, complete the required service, and return it to your location.
Valet pickup and return is available within Calgary city limits. Call us with your location so we can confirm coverage and scheduling for today’s request.
Valet can be used for wash, lube and related services offered at CTWL. Tell us what the unit needs when you book pickup so we schedule the right bay work.
